Below are Residential Backflow Service Prices only.  We do not service commercial backflow assemblies. (Larger than 1.5" pipe diameter)

All Payments are due on the day of the service.  Once your payment is received, we will fax your test report to the city and send a copy of your test report to your email address on file.  For all repair work performed, we need your immediate payment after the service is complete.  Please be prepared to pay via a check or a credit card before we leave your home.  Thank you for your understanding. 

Our honest and transparent prices for currently offered services:

Basic, scheduled annual backflow test : $24.99

-This scheduled service includes the annual test and test report faxed to the city after testing.  While testing, we may perform minor repairs and flush the system on site so that your assembly will pass the test.  If worn out parts need to be replaced to pass the test, then the parts cost is extra.  We will contact the owner first for repair approval before replacing any parts.  (We carry most Wilkins-Zurn replacement parts on hand, and the cost of replacement parts are about $20 per repair)  (If your assembly has a steady drip of water leaking out of it currently, please schedule the $99 repair service below instead.  Your assembly is already a failed assembly, which requires repair first in order to pass the annual test.)

Parts-included, schedule annual backflow test : $34.99

-This hassle-free, scheduled service includes the annual test and test report faxed to the city after testing.  While testing, we may perform minor repairs and flush the system on site so that your assembly will pass the test.  If you own a covered assembly: Wilkins-Zurn PVB(720A), DC(950XLT), or an RP(975XL or 975XL2); we will replace any worn out springs, rubber discs, or O-rings at no additional cost to you.  (If your assembly has a steady drip of water leaking out of it currently, please schedule the $99 repair service below instead.  Your assembly is already a failed assembly, which requires repair first in order to pass the annual test.)

 For a failed annual backflow test : $0 - No charge

-The goal in scheduling an annual backflow test is to pass the test.  We are very confident that even if your assembly fails the test for whatever reason, we can repair your device at a very affordable and honest price to pass the test for this year.  Thus, we will no longer be charging a testing fee for a failed backflow test, even if no repair is done to fix the problem during the visit.  Feel free to schedule a backflow test with us, because even if your device fails the backflow test, you are under no obligation to pay us for a failed test visit.   

Scheduled repair cost: $99 + part cost + sales tax

-If your backflow has a slow drip or a leak, we can schedule you in and we will come by to repair your backflow assembly at a future appointed time.  This is not a same day service.  Usual lead time for repair service is about 7 days after scheduling.

-Please keep in mind that all repair payment must be made when the repair is complete, so someone must be present at your residence during the repair to remit payment once the repair is complete before we leave.-

Part Cost for Most Wilkins/Zurn Backflow Backflow Assemblies:

(excludes all Watts/Apollo/Conbraco assemblies and also Wilkins 375 RP and 975XL3, as these parts cost significantly more.)

Test cock replacement fee: $20 + sales tax

Rusted out backflow assembly inlet/outlet handle replacement(above ground installations only) : $30 + sales tax

Each Rubber Disc replacement part cost : $10 each + sales tax

Each Spring replacement part cost : $20 each + sales tax

Relief Valve Diaphragm replacement part cost : $20 each + sales tax

Relief Valve, Vent Hole (weeping hole) leak repair : $99 each + sales tax

Wilkins 975XL/XL2 RP ABS Check Valve Seat replacement : $159 each + sales tax

RP rebuild cost : $159 + sales tax -Price for Wilkins-Zurn 975XL or 975XL2 RP assembly only.

-If you have a Wilkins-Zurn 975XL or 975XL2 model that is over 5 years old, a water emergency can happen at any moment when your check valve #1 gets fouled suddenly or when your relief valve diaphragm ruptures.  We can replace all 3 rubber discs, the relief valve diaphragm and all O-rings.  We will also de-rust the poppet drive shafts on CV#1 and CV#2 if needed.  We will also clean and flush the whole unit, so that your assembly can have many more years of optimal, worry-free usage.  (This repair does NOT include the ABS Valve seats.) This maintenance service is recommended every 5 years and we will include the annual testing and reporting for free.
